Artnews daily is reporting that Sothebys London will have its
Impressionist & Modern Art Evening Sale
June 23.
Included in the auction will be paintings such as the Monet above.
"Nympheas" is expected to go for an estimated $33 -$55 million!
The combined 46 works of such artists as Monet, Picasso, Renoir, Miro & Kandinsky are expected to bring down the hammer in excess of $142 million!!!
